While we’re sheltering in place, date ideas seem limited to ordering takeout and watching TV for a few hours. Shake it up! These ideas will inspire you to think outside of the (apartment.)

1) Go for an evening bike ride & get local ice cream to-go.

2) Have a homemade pizza & wine tasting night. Ask your local pizza shop or grocery store deli to sell you some fresh pizza dough (I got a dough ball for $2.50!) Get creative with your toppings and open up some wine - voila!

3) Go for a walk to the dog park & throw yourself a romantic picnic. Bring some beverages, appetizers, and a blanket to enjoy the show. (Bonus points if you bring an actual dog…)

4) Have a spa night in. I’m talking bubble baths, candles, music, face masks, and some CBD gummies, ya know?

5) Fiesta Night! Get all the supplies to make tacos, margaritas, and make your own guacamole. Try a new playlist on Spotify to set the vibe.

6) Double your fun. Have a couples game night. Our fave lately has been a classic - UNO! Invite another couple over and battle it out. Make it high stakes and bet on the best of five games. Loser has to cook on the next double-date night! (Zoe’s Pick!)

7) Dress it up. Put on that outfit you’ve been wanting to wear and pull out all the stops. Get steaks from your favorite local butcher and pick up a special dessert nearby. Fancy, huh? (Zoe’s Pick!)

8) Cook something new. Break open the wine and take a virtual cooking class together. Check out Cocusocial for class options. (Zoe’s Pick!)

9) Get artsy. Buy two blank canvases and some paint. You can take a virtual “paint & sip” class here or draw portraits of each other (this one is really funny, I’m telling you.)

10) Beach day. Pack books, a speaker, some hoagies, and fun beverages. If you don’t live close to a beach, throw on a podcast & consider the scenic drive part of the date!

How have you been keeping things sexy & cute during quarantine? Tell us below! Xx.
