The day has finally arrived. Ready to get peachy with legs & glutes? This area of focus has become one of the most sought after and in my opinion always makes for a fun workout. My measure of success is how sore I am the next day and this series will definitely have you feelin’ it!

I recommend doing 10-15 reps of each move (for the curtsy lunges and squat walk do the exercise on both the right and the left side - that’s one rep) and then repeat the series 3x. Watch the videos below for a demonstration on each move. I have included both an advanced and a modified version of each exercise. Peach out, let’s get it!
