Hey babes! If you want a little bod extra credit this workout series is for you!

On each Friday in the month of July, I will be sharing a series of the at home exercises I have found to be the most effective and easiest to incorporate into my daily routine. Each week will target a different muscle group and you will be able to combine each series for a full body workout.

Staying active is my stress relief and in a weird way it’s also my favorite relaxation method. I have tried every workout class under the sun and this past year finally found my group exercise soulmate in SolidCore. SolidCore is an in person 50 minute pilates based resistance training class unlike anything I have ever experienced (they also now offer streaming classes online). I am obsessed with this workout as it is high intensity, low impact and is designed to create long lean muscle tone. Plus it doesn’t hurt that with consistency you will 1000% see results and who doesn’t love that. 


Quarantine however had other plans for my workout regimen and made me come up with creative methods for exercising at home. The moves I will be sharing have become my go-tos and I promise you will be peachily surprised with what a positive change taking a few minutes a day for yourself makes! Time to get excited babes!
