Bubble Bath Heaven

As a member of the #seriousbathersclub, I like to make sure the entire bubble bath scene is right before stepping in. An evening bath is a time to unwind, decompress, and feel a little glamorous. Below are some tried & true tips to set the ultimate Self Care Mood.

  • Dim the lighting. I will bring in a small lamp and some candles to ensure there is no bright fluorescent lighting happening.

  • Bring in your speaker. Most of the time, I like listening to relaxing playlists such as this or this. If I’m feeling nerdy, I’ll put on a podcast. (Of course, some peace & quiet or a book works too!)

  • Gather your products. I like to use an all natural bubble bath. My favorite is Dr. Teals. Bath salts & essential oils are also a good move, I’d just make sure you are comfortable with the ingredients.

  • Get your fluffiest towel. I fold my nicest towel and have it ready for when I’ve had my soak. These small steps make the entire experience way more enjoyable, stress free, and graceful.
