Is it just me, or does everything taste better the next day? I’m a huge fan of leftovers. I love having options to heat up whenever I’m hungry instead of eating half a bag of tortilla chips while I wait for dinner to be ready. The convenience is KEY.

Below are some easy dinner recipes to whip up & enjoy throughout the week (I usually double them!) My rule of thumb is trying to use up leftovers within 4 or 5 days.

Baked Ziti With Roasted Vegetables
Chicken Larb Bowls
Easy Chicken Stir Fry
Zesty Jalapeno Meatloaf
Braised Mexican Chicken
Baked Turkey Meatballs
Vegetable Fried Rice

Hot Tip: Invest in cute glass storage containers. They don’t stain, microwave safe, and looks great in the fridge.

Taking your meal to-go? Try the chic Porter Lunch Bowl. The initial investment will make you excited to pull out your lunch everyday. See ya later, $15 chopped salads.

Are you a fan of leftovers? Leave a comment below and let me know what you think! Bon Appetit. Xx.
