Sculpt and Stretch

Wake-up on the stronger side of the bed by adding this 5 minute sculpt and stretch series to your morning routine. I find taking five minutes to do this before my morning coffee wakes up my body and gives me a sense of mental clarity heading into the day. Having a morning routine gives me a sense of purpose and kick-starts my productivity!
For best results, make it a habit and do this 4-5 times a week. Before you know it you’ll be looking forward to these 5 minutes of self-care every day!
