Brooklinen Bedding - the best!
I’ve always been an early to bed, early to rise kind of girl. I would be tucked in with a book by 9pm every night if that was feasible. (Nerd alert…) However, I’ve recently had a lot of trouble staying asleep, which has left me feeling exhausted when I wake up. One in three people have trouble with sleep - so we are not alone! Below are some products & ideas I’ve gotten along the way to help increase my quality of Zzz’s.
Dyson AM07 Cool Tower Fan
This chic fan has a remote control you can keep on your nightstand to keep you cool and provide some “white noise.” There are no blades, so it is really easy to dust off.
CBD Gummies for Sleep
These CBD gummies have melatonin blended in, providing a delicious raspberry treat that chills me out within 30 minutes.
Insight Timer App
This free meditation & sleep app is my new favorite tool. I’ve actually fallen asleep while listening to one of their many tracks.
NightOwl Sleep Apnea Test
This at home sleep apnea test tracks your breathing patterns. (Sleep apnea is when you briefly stop breathing while you sleep.) My dentist had me take the kit home and complete it for 5 nights. (I ended up being below the concerned level of breathing mishaps, but it is smart to rule out!)
Slip Silk Pillow Case
This luxurious pillow case is less absorbent than cotton, so your expensive skincare stays on your skin. It also helps with bedhead and frizz.
Weighted Blanket
This 16 lb blanket is like a cozy cocoon wrapped around your body. I love using it during meditation or if I’m having trouble falling asleep.
I also wrote about keeping my phone outside of my bedroom here. Sleep tight! Xo.
